Who are we looking for? A Technical Project Lead with a Customer Focus.
You are the crucial link that brings our technological solution to life for the customer. You are just as comfortable discussing API logs and system architecture as you are talking to a client. You understand what it takes to successfully implement a software-driven energy project and can translate the customer's operational reality into clear improvements for our development team.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Energy).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a technical implementation role, (software) project coordination, or a similar position where you bridged the gap between customers and developers.
- You possess strong technical insight; experience with APIs, data analysis, SaaS platforms, or energy-related hardware (e.g., batteries, inverters) is a strong plus.
- You are proactive, structured, and enjoy seeing complex projects through to successful completion.
- You are analytically strong and can translate customer feedback and issues into clear, technical specifications and tickets for the development team.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
Your Role: From Implementation to Optimization
You are responsible for the technical success of our customers. You guide them through the implementation phase and ensure our EMS performs optimally.
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical Implementation: You lead the go-live of EMS projects for new customers, coordinate with partners, and ensure a technically smooth onboarding process.
- Technical Advice & Training: You act as the first point of technical contact during onboarding, explain the platform's functionality, and train users on its key features.
- Bridge to Development: You analyze performance data, gather technical feedback from customers, and translate it into clear bug reports, feature requests, and improvement points for our development team.
- Process Optimization: You help improve and scale our technical onboarding and customer success processes.
