Health and Safety Plant Lead

We're looking for a passionate Health & Safety Lead to champion our Zero Harm philosophy and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and internal standards at our Bornem Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain HSE management systems, audits, and corrective actions.
• Advise plant leadership on regulatory updates and ensure alignment with Brambles' Absolute Safety First Rules.
• Oversee emergency protocols and day-to-day HSE operations, driving performance and compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, Learning Teams, and Safety Differently practices.
• Lead incident investigations, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Monitor training and competency development through skills matrices and proactive plans.
• Champion wellbeing initiatives including safety week and occupational health programs.

What You'll Bring

• IOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience with HSE systems and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
