In this role, you'll support our People & Culture shared services function, respond to helpdesk inquiries, and develop training resources that ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across systems and processes. The People Operations Specialist is responsible for providing tier I support for the People & Culture helpdesk and shared services. This role is also responsible for the creation of training material to support People & Culture projects, processes and systems. This position is responsible for and will be held accountable for the appropriate handling of highly confidential matters and materials. What You'll Do Responsible for the tier I support for the People & Culture helpdesk, escalate items as necessary. Responsible for the delivery of shared services for the People & Culture team. These may include executing steps in various processes, running reports and data entry. Examples of these shared services include: Act as the primary liaison between P&C, procurement and accounts payable teams managing and owning the contract, PO and invoicing process for all of P&C. Be the subject matter expert and provide guidance to People & Culture team members on the process to ensure smooth execution and completion of procure to pay processes. Support the divisional centers of excellence with a focus on benefits, culture, onboarding and offboarding especially for employees within the region. Responsible for the creation of training material including job aids to support People & Culture systems and processes. Contribute to the management of divisional collaboration tools, processes and materials. Support People & Culture projects and initiatives as appropriate. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Workday and Jira experience preferred HR experience preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, interpret and present employee information and data accurately and with attention to detail Project Management experience a plus. Self-directed, and action-oriented with a strong degree of initiative. Ability to multi-task in an atmosphere of ever-changing priorities; flexibility and openness to change is crucial. Elevated level of organizational and time management skills; flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations. Energy to put in the hours of concentrated work necessary to achieve goals while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications, and presentation skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor. Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
