YOUR ROLE?
The warehouse administrator carries out the various stages relating to the physical inflows and outflows of goods at the warehouse
A. Accept, store, prepare, and arrange goods in the warehouse
A1. Receive instructions from the team leader, and check the condition of the equipment
A2. Accept (and/or) store goods and prepare and release products based on instructions issued by their line management, and using appropriate equipment, as needed
A3. Check batches accepted at the warehouse in accordance with their line management’s instructionsA4. Prepare shipments, in accordance with their line management's instructions
B. Store the goods
B1. Organize the storage of goods and/or products, take into consideration any special requirements, include hazards posed, and the available space in designated areas in accordance with the storage, working methods, processes and rules applicable (or computerized inventory management, if available)
B2. Use appropriate equipment, as needed
C. Prepare a report
C1. Update the documents and/or materials made available to them as part of their tasks
C2. Provide those documents to the team leader within the determined timeframes
C3. Scan labels whenever necessaryC4. Supervise scanning through PDA on Link by drivers
D. Check the inventory
D1. Take part in the warehouse inventories
Specific Activities
Handle hazardous materials
Drive vehicles that require a special license

You will be working in a team of employees within the Air Operations department and will collaborate closely with other departments. You will be based at our warehouse in Brucargo, Machelen.
