We are expanding our teams to support our growth and are therefore looking for a:

M/F – STORE MANAGER (Outlet Roermond)

Position based in Roermond.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial development of our Outlet store in Roermond.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving commercial activity: monitoring key performance indicators and implementing the commercial strategy,
• Managing administrative and logistical operations: stock management, organization of inventories, cash handling, etc.,
• Providing a warm welcome and premium service to our customers in line with the brand image,
• Leading and developing the sales team: recruitment, coaching, training, and daily motivation.

You are enthusiastic and dynamic, motivated by customer satisfaction, and possess strong organizational and managerial skills.

You have significant experience as a Store Manager, ideally within the premium or luxury retail sector.

Proficiency in office software and fluency in English are required because position based in Roermond
