Software engineer

Position Description

Are you the Software Engineer who would you like to play a crucial role in supporting our customers , who contributes to socially relevant systems with impact and where innovation plays a role At CGI you make a difference and grow with us.

Your role in our team
 Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.

 Produce clean and efficient code based on specifications.

 Integrate third-party software components and programs.

 Verify and deploy programs and systems.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

 Collect and evaluate user feedback.

 Recommend and execute improvements.

 Create technical documentation for references and reports.

How You Strengthen Our Team
You have at least 5 Years of experience with :

• knowledge of coding languages (C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (AngularJS, Git)
• HTML - CSS - Gitlab- Azure cloud (able to connect website to display information from Azure) -
• experience in integrating third-party software components.
• strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• ability to collect, evaluate, and incorporate user feedback into software improvements.
• willingness to recommend and execute improvements based on industry trends and advancements.
• proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Native French or Dutch speaking with good English communication
