Field Service Manager

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Field Service Manager in our Medical Devices team.

As a Field Service Manager at B.E.S., you will ensure that the team is managed in a professional and sustainable way including achieving the ambitious global growth objectives. This function aims to secure standardization and optimization over the end-to-end processes.

Your responsabilities:

• Lead an engineering team handling installation, maintenance, and repair of the client systems.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, fully operational products.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades, and emergency tasks; ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise FSEs, handle escalations, recruit and support team development.
• Oversee testing and mission allocation; mentor junior engineers.
• Manage KPIs, timesheets, budgeting, and process compliance.
• Optimize planning, workload distribution, and recruitment processes.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, with active listening
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with new tools and methods that support team adoption
