Methods Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Methods Engineer in our Aeronautics team.

As a Methods Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• You provides technical support to production, in particular by training operators (processes, work procedures, audit preparation) and improving production methods and organization of workstations and the workshop.
• You carry out weekly workshop audits.
• You improve manufacturing methods.
• You monitors actions, challenge production, analyze problems, identify root causes and escalate to upstream areas.
• Lead the implementation of LEAN tools (Ex: 5S/Kaizen...)
• You participates in monitoring the progress of tasks.

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years' experience in an industrial environment,
• You have a good command of Lean tools (5S, KAIZEN, PDCA)
• Experience in aeronautics industry (academic or professional) is an asset,
• You are FLUENT in English,
• You have a good knowledge of manufacturing processes,
