Program Quality Engineer

• Monitor the quality performance of the programs in which you participate
• Ensure the interface with the customer for all quality related topics: progress, inquiries, complaints, etc ...
• Manage internal, external and supplier non-conformities relating to your program : treatment of non-conforming products, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct risk analysis on products and manufacturing processes
• Organize and ensure customer audits, perform product audits
• Elaborate and / or manage quality documentation specific to the program

• AS/EN9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949
  
• 8D, 5Whys..
  
• English
  

• Master degree in industrial engineering in mechanics, materials science, chemistry etc…
  
• Practical knowledge with problem solving methodologies : 8D, 5whys, etc…
  
• 5-10 years experience. A first relevant experience in quality is for sure an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, components and assembly of structural parts is a plus
  
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (AS/EN9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949… )
  
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude
  
• Ability to build excellent internal and external relationships
  
• Analytical skills
  
• Good communication skills, assertive and convincing, good team player
  
• Knowledge of MS/Office
