Lead small to medium-sized Facilities & Infrastructure projects.
Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected problems and resolve them in a sustainable way.
Ensuring compliance and safety in all aspects
Engage with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, and end-state configuration.
Manage vendor relationships including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
Maintain rigorous control over quality, cost, and schedule—escalating critical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Support the Pillar 1 Lead with ongoing project reporting and performance monitoring (e.g., KPIs, milestone tracking).

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications & Experience: · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing site services in an industrial environment (e.g., chemical plants, refineries).
Experience in building maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility management software (CMMS).
Industry experience in asset-intensive sectors such as energy, chemicals, oil & gas, nuclear, or utilities is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of operational and safety requirements within a manufacturing or industrial context.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to rapidly assess situations, identify key issues, and implement practical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—capable of influencing across functional and hierarchical boundaries
Fluency in Dutch and English is required (both written and verbal)
