Compliance Officer

A leading Fintech is hiring for an Onboarding Analyst (Maternity Cover) in their Brussels office.

Reporting to the Department Manager and working in a fast-paced and collaborative organisation, the ideal candidate can expect strong exposure and opportunities for progression.

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out CDD and EDD for corporate clients, including financial crime and KYC tasks
  • Escalate red flags or compliance concerns
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate client onboarding
  • Possess knowledge of payments and fintech processes
  • Be fluent in English; another European language is an advantage
