Investment Associate - Private Equity

A long-established, family-backed investment group with a multi-generational heritage is seeking to appoint an Investment Associate to join its Private Equity team.

The Role

The Investment Associate will support the team across the full investment lifecycle, contributing to the analysis, execution, and monitoring of private equity investments. This is a hands-on role offering significant exposure to transactions and direct interaction with senior stakeholders and portfolio company management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and return assessments
• Support commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal committees
• Assist in transaction structuring and execution
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify new investment opportunities

Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in long-term investing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
