Infrastructure Reliability & Servicing
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with IT repository tools (CMDB, Application Referential, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Dynatrace, Opnet, BAM, etc.)
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management tools (ServiceNow)
- Ability to establish and track key performance metrics
