Data Program Manager

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience in:
• Data management
• Data governance
• Data architecture and modeling
• Data mesh principles
• Proven experience managing data-related programs with governance bodies and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong experience launching and guiding data product development or data quality improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree (preferably in commercial engineering, IT, or a related technical field).
• Trilingual: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proven diplomacy and persuasion skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Elia’s business and operational context.
• Working knowledge of German.
• Familiarity with external data publications or regulatory data reporting.
