Customer Service Representative


The aim of your job is to provide a first-class service to our customers whenever and however they contact us.

You will develop close relationships with our customers and the Sales Team, using a proactive approach to help drive sales throughout our business. Furthermore, you maintain a strong relationship with all members of the Brady Offer Sales Team to achieve our shared KPIs and sales targets.

In this role, you will report to the Sales & Customer Service Manager.



What will you do?

  • Respond to incoming customer contact (by phone, chat or email) within agreed timeframes, always meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proactively engage in outbound calls using available lead lists, website inquiries, or other relevant sources to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Efficiently handle all incoming orders and customer queries, ensuring clear communication about delivery times and dates by liaising with internal departments when needed.
  • You take ownership of customer issues and inquiries — from complaints to invoice disputes — acting as the Single Point of Contact and working closely with internal teams and the account manager to deliver effective, structured solutions.
  • Prepare and calculate quotations for customers and the sales team.
  • Set up new customer accounts and perform amendments to customer records as requested by customers or sales staff.
  • Support and promote Transposafe’s products and services by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during every interaction.
  • Provide defined sales support to sales teams.
  • Understand how our solutions fit into the market and use this knowledge to advise customers.
  • Demonstrate a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.



Who are you?

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is a strong asset.
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaboration.
  • Experience with Ms Excel and SAP is a plus.
  • You are a quick learner, show commercial awareness, and can think from the customer’s perspective.
  • You are a logical thinker — someone who digs deeper to uncover the root cause of problems and finds practical solutions quickly.
  • You have a can-do attitude and are open to learning.
  • You’re stress-resistant, able to set priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Your willingness to support the team and learn new skills will be appreciated
