Process Analyst - Freelancer

(afinity with operational and adminstrative processes is a plus)

Looking to make a real impact on operational excellence?

Join this customer oriented and forward-thinking team responsible for customer services and administration.

Your core mission will be to analyze the current process (no kidding ), define the requirements to optimize the process and to manage the implementation of it in an agile approach.

If you see matrixes when you hear process, and you can translate this to and IT and "normal" English and FR or NL, s, than probably you should be our next process analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current operational processes and distil opportunities
  • Gather information Top-down and Bottom-up
  • Communicate your findings and proposals in a clear, synthetic dashboard and a regular reporting for the central customer service teams and stakeholders like product owners, marketing, etc.
  • Translate complex processes into simple, impactful insights to guide decision-making.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of KPIs by defining actions based on data & steer stakeholders to execute action plans & reach the common targets
  • Identify, create and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with and energise multidisciplinary teams to align actions with business priorities.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in business, finance, insurance, data analysis or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst in operational excellence including change management, data analysis, reporting, or business performance monitoring—ideally in a finance or regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience in BPMN
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working with data and extracting key insights.
  • Ability to produce clear, insightful slide decks for senior audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an eye for process efficiency.
  • Understanding of finance processes and regulatory context.
  • Ability to design clear and detailed process flows.
  • Strong documentation skills for business requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
