If you want to build the future of enterprise AI with people who will make you better - welcome home. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs an AI Transformation Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. Working closely with our Managing Director of AI Transformation, you’ll be the senior person across both delivery and proposal development- making sure what we sell is valuable, what we deliver is excellent, and what reaches clients reflects real strategic thinking. /p pYou’ll lead enterprise clients through the hard work of AI transformation: structuring transformation opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, designing operating models, building capability, and driving organizational change. You’ll be in the room with C-suite stakeholders, challenging assumptions and making tough calls when things are ambiguous. And you’ll bring credibility through practice, building your own AI workflows, tools, and automations. We believe the best people to lead AI transformation are those who live it themselves. /p h3What You WIl Do /h3 h3Lead AI Transformation Engagements /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI transformation programs. /li liIndependently structure approaches, set strategic direction, and define what good looks like. /li liNavigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions and keeping things moving without waiting for direction. /li liBe a trusted partner to C-suite clients: shape their transformation agenda, lead executive workshops, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics. /li /ul h3Drive Proposals Commercial Growth /h3 ul liIndependently structure proposals, scope engagements, and shape commercial strategy. /li liGrow accounts by identifying real expansion opportunities grounded in what you’ve delivered. /li liTurn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable IP. /li /ul h3Pioneer AI Develop the Team /h3 ul liChampion AI-first ways of working through your own daily practice. Build your own tools and workflows. Eat your own dogfood. /li liLead, coach, and develop team members across multiple engagements. /li liSet high standards, give direct feedback, and give credit generously. /li /ul h3What We Screen For /h3 pWe are deliberately not for everyone. You've led complex strategy or transformation engagements, you know the difference between what sounds good in a deck and what actually works. /li liHigh ownership- You don't wait to be told. You move things forward, take responsibility beyond your role, and stay resourceful in ambiguity. Typically 10+ years in management consulting or transformation advisory, with significant time owning delivery end-to-end. /li liA drive for great results. You care about outcomes, not activity. You follow through. You find a way. /li liCommercially sharp. You've grown accounts by shaping the right problems and structuring credible proposals. You understand how senior buyers evaluate feasibility, risk, and value. /li liA genuine passion for AI. Not just strategically - you use it daily. You've built your own workflows, tools, or automations.
