Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure, support our daily operations, and drive innovation through tooling and automation, including exploring and implementing AI solutions. If you're someone who enjoys both the technical aspects of IT and helping people leverage technology to achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Your focus

• Managing and maintaining our office IT infrastructure, including the network, laptops, and videoconferencing setups
• Administering our SaaS solutions, primarily Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth operation, user support, and security configurations (including SSO and SCIM where applicable)
• Liaising with external vendors for IT-related services and solutions
• Proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments through tooling and automation, leveraging scripting where appropriate (ideally Python)
• Actively exploring, evaluating, and implementing AI-powered tools and agents (like ChatGPT and Google Gemini) to enhance our operations and workflows
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, adhering to best practices
• Providing timely and effective IT support to all employees
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of IT-related documentation

Your profile

• Previous experience in an IT support or system role
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, hardware)
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, ideally Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in automation, with basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks
• A good familiarity with current AI solutions such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini, and an eagerness to explore their potential applications within our operations
• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) for user provisioning
• A foundational understanding of IT security best practices
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
