Biggest potential, looking at regulation - is France, Sweden and Poland. Greenfield for now with only a few existing customers. Other countries that aren't greenfield will also be this roles' responsibility. Hybrid role - also manage the accounts you sell into. A ot of ground to cover to set up tech partnerships, scaling a lead gen & reselling machine. A pilot project (3 months) is sold before the long term deal is closed - minimum 2 years. Conversion is 100% from pilot to customer. 200k ARR for new customers is average. Sales cycle: 9 months Full sales cycle, outreach & work with marketing to get inbound leads and refferals, events. Demonstrations will be done with a technical counterpart. Target: 1st year on ramp at 10 new customers. 14% of the pilot fee (+- 20k)= commission 10% of ARR = commission Focus on being subject matter expert in the energy industry.
