What are we looking for?

We're looking for a CRM Manager who combines operational precision with creative outreach.

Someone who can build and manage our end-to-end developer acquisition funnel - from initial contact to booked intro call - while constantly optimizing performance.

You'll own the entire outreach process: design and execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs), write personalized messages that convert, and maintain a clean, structured funnel in Pipedrive.

You'll be the first human touchpoint with potential sellers, representing Bluethrone's brand, values, and professionalism in every written interaction.

This is a back-office role that requires native-level written English, excellent communication skills, and a sharp sense of detail.

You'll work closely with the Acquisition Leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and a smooth handover to our acquisition process.

What you'll be doing

Outreach & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.
  • Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).
  • Write clear, natural, native-level English messages - especially written - that drive engagement and trust.
  • Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements.
  • Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.
  • Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Native-level English, especially written.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales, ideally targeting our audience - mobile app developers and digital product founders.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages.
  • Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
    Bonus points for:
  • Experience engaging app developers or founders.
  • Familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem.

Lines of communication:

  • Reports directly to the founders
  • Works closely with the Acquisition Leads and Marketing Team
