We are looking for an experienced NetApp Storage Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in managing enterprise storage environments. If you excel at troubleshooting, storage provisioning, and managing critical incidents, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing infrastructure team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with NetApp CDOT controllers.
• Experience with MetroCluster Storage (added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of data protection technologies: SnapMirror, SnapVault, Snapshots, Clones.
• Experience using NetApp OCUM and System Manager tools.
• Provisioning and expanding SAN storage in CDOT clusters.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and support.
• Manage incident tickets and catalog tasks efficiently.
• Experience with Brocade SAN switches, including zoning (added advantage).
• Ability to handle critical incidents and collaborate with support teams to drive resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Cohesity is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
