Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the
  design and architecture
  of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and translate them into
  ServiceNow platform capabilities
  .
• Provide
  technical leadership
  to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and modules, conducting impact analysis and making recommendations for adoption.
• Drive the
  governance, security, and compliance
  aspects of ServiceNow implementations.
• Ensure
  integration of ServiceNow
  with external systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct design reviews, performance optimization, and ensure scalability of the platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience
  with
  6+ years in ServiceNow
  development, administration, and architecture.
• Strong experience in
  ServiceNow platform architecture
  , configuration, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with
  ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer
  .
• Good understanding of
  integration protocols
  (REST, SOAP, API, MID Server, etc.).
• Knowledge of
  ServiceNow Security, ACLs, RBAC, and performance optimization
  .
• ServiceNow
  Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  and/or
  Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English required, French/Dutch is a plus).
