Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Consultant at Bleen. In this role, you will respond to client RFPs and deliver high-quality sustainability consulting services. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing data, developing sustainability strategies, and advising clients. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team on forward-thinking projects that help shape a more sustainable and equitable future.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a consultant, ideally with a focus on sustainability (MUST HAVE)
• Native French or Dutch speaker, with fluency in the other language - ability to facilitate workshops in French and Dutch. (MUST HAVE)
• Must be located in commutable distance to Brussels - EU citizenship required (MUST HAVE)

• Proven experience in responding to RFPs and proposal writing
• Solid understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong personal and professional commitment to sustainability
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field
