In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team. /ppbJob type: /b Full time/Permanent /ppbLocation: /b EU /ppbWorkplace: /b Remote /ppNote only EU citizens can be considered /ph3Requirements /h3pMaster’s degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years; /ppMinimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration, cloud platform management, or digital workplace technologies; /ppProven experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID; /ppExtensive experience with endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot; /ppStrong background in IT security, compliance management, and governance frameworks; /ppExperience developing or improving IT service delivery models and automation processes; /ppExperience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance; /ppExperience with Defender for Endpoint; /ppExperience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access management; /ppExperience with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center configuration; /ppExperience with Data governance and reporting within M365; /ppExperience with Endpoint configuration, patch management, and security; /ppExperience with Automation and PowerShell scripting; /ppKnowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud integration; /ppPrior experience with an international organization is a strong asset; /ppThe following certificates are required: Microsoft Certified Expert in M365 Productivity or Security, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or equivalent, ITIL Foundation certification preferred; /ppExcellent command of the English. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Copilot); /liliManage device and endpoint configurations using Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms; /liliImplement and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies; /liliEnhance collaboration, communication, and productivity through integrated Microsoft 365 solutions; /liliProvide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal IT staff and end users; /liliAssess current Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, policies, and integrations; /liliEvaluate existing device management and endpoint security practices; /liliIdentify gaps in governance, compliance, and automation; /liliEngage stakeholders to determine user experience and service improvement needs; /liliAdminister and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive; /liliManage user identities, access control, and licenses through Entra ID and Azure AD; /liliDeploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot; /liliImplement and maintain security features such as MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint; /liliOversee device and MFP (Multi-Function Printer) service management; /liliEnhance governance models, compliance policies, and reporting frameworks; /liliMonitor system performance, user activity, and service health; /liliGenerate reports on adoption, compliance, security incidents, and usage; /liliProvide technical support and serve as escalation point for complex issues; /liliDevelop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and FAQs for IT staff and users; /liliDeliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen internalCapacity; /liliStay informed on Microsoft roadmap developments and best practices; /liliRecommend and implement service and process improvements; /liliAssessment and recommendations report on Microsoft 365 and device management; /liliUpdated configuration and governance documentation; /liliImplemented optimization of Microsoft 365 tenant and endpoint environments; /liliSupport and follow-up on users’ issues and requests; /liliDocumentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and selfhelp resources; /liliFinal report with recommendations for sustainability and continuous improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
