As Community & Communication Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement BGBC’s communication strategies.
- Manage and engage our member community: onboarding, engagement, and follow-up.
- Maintain close relationships with BGBC members, listening to their expectations and ensuring their needs are reflected in the association’s activities.
- Manage social media channels, newsletters, website, and press relations.
- Represent BGBC at industry events and networking forums across Belgium.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Solid background and understanding of the real estate and construction sector.
- Strong ability to bring people together around a common goal.
- Proven ability to design and implement communication strategies.
- Community engagement experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Motivated, hands-on, eager to grow with a fast-developing organization.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
- Language: Dutch with excellent writing and speaking skills; fluent in French and English.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, real estate, communications, marketing, or related fields.
