Role Overview

The Campaign Manager will support the growth (sales, cross-sell, upsell) of my clients products.

The role focuses on:

  • National awareness and promotional campaigns
  • Targeted cross-sell campaigns


You will collaborate closely with:

  • Communication & media agencies
  • Content managers
  • Automation manager
  • Internal stakeholders across the organization

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Execution

  • Act as project owner, managing campaigns end-to-end (brief → execution → post-analysis)
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing goals (awareness, acquisition, cross-sell, upsell)
  • Design and implement marketing & communication plans aligned with campaign goals and lifecycle stages
  • Define target audiences and allocate budgets
  • Brief internal teams and external creative/media agencies

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Analyze results and identify issues
  • Extract actionable insights
  • Consolidate post-campaign reporting
  • Contribute to “lessons learned” exercises for continuous improvement

Budget & Compliance

  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines across all assets

Collaboration & Visibility

  • Engage relevant stakeholders across the marketing funnel
  • Coordinate visibility across owned and paid channels
  • Collaborate on social media and communication initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies


Job-Related Skills

  • Experience setting up branding and promotional campaigns (mainly Owned media)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Matomo or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts:
  • Email marketing
  • CPM, CPC, CPL models
  • Reach, OTS
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Contentful (CMS)
  • Power BI
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Engage)

Social & Soft Skills

  • Customer-centric mindset (focus on user experience across touchpoints)
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of banking products
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Perfect comprehension of Dutch and French
  • Active comprehension of English
  • Collaborative team player with proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
