We are looking for a Team Lead Growth & Account Management to join the BeInfluence Europe team in Brussels

As a Team Lead Growth & Account Management, you are the first level of leadership within your division :

  • Acting as a senior, hands-on expert on the most strategic and high-impact client accounts.
  • Leading, structuring and developing a team of max 5-6 operational profiles within your division.

You are both a super-operational expert and a people manager. You ensure excellence in delivery, strong client relationships, team performance and sustainable business growth.

our main mission will be to manage and develop your team and its client portfolio (advertisers and agencies).

  • Strategic Account Leadership :

you lead and oversee the most strategic and high-value accounts within your division. You ensure flawless execution, maintain high quality standards and drive strong profitability across your portfolio. Acting as a senior escalation point for complex or sensitive client situations, you guarantee alignment between commercial commitments and operational delivery, ensuring consistency between what is sold and what is executed. You actively identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts (cross-sell, up-sell, new scopes) and contribute to new business pitches and commercial development when relevant.

  • Growth & Business Performance :

you monitor revenue, margins and overall performance across your team's portfolio. You support your team in identifying growth opportunities and foster a strong commercial mindset within the group. Through your leadership, you contribute directly to the division's overall growth objectives.

  • Team Leadership & Development :

you manage, coach and develop a team of 5–6 Account Managers & Client Directors. You structure workload, priorities and account allocation to ensure efficiency and clarity. You ensure clear roles, responsibilities and expectations within the team, conduct regular performance reviews and development conversations, and continuously raise the bar on client management, strategic thinking and commercial reflexes. You foster a culture based on ownership, accountability and collaboration.

Your ideal profile:

  • Senior Account & Growth Expertise

: you have strong experience in account management and client growth within an influencer, social, creative or digital agency. You understand business models, margins and profitability drivers. You know how to grow accounts strategically not just execute campaigns. You are comfortable managing large, demanding and strategic clients.

  • Leadership & Management Skills

: you already have experience managing a team of at least 3. You know how to structure, prioritize and make decisions. You combine high standards with empathy and coaching ability. You are comfortable giving clear, constructive feedback.

  • Commercial & Strategic Mindset

: you naturally identify growth opportunities. You are proactive, solution-oriented and performance-driven. You think long-term partnerships. You are able to connect client objectives with business outcomes.

  • Personal Skills

: you have strong organizational skills and ability to handle complexity. But also excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.

  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch with full professional proficiency in English.

  • You have at least 4–6 years of experience

in account management, client growth or digital/influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving performance.
