We are looking for a New Business Director to join the BeInfluence Belgium team in Brussels
As Director of New Business, you will be responsible for defining and deploying a comprehensive strategy to attract and win new clients for BeInfluence Belgium. Your main objective will be to grow our client portfolio by identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and converting these opportunities into signed contracts. You will work closely with the Global Head of New Business to align sales efforts with the company's overall strategy and position BeInfluence as the leading agency for creator marketing in Belgium.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Reporting to the Global Head of New Business,
you will be the main business point of contact for advertisers in France.
Business Development & Strategy
Monitor and manage the New Business France strategy.
Identify, prospect and close advertisers (mid & large accounts in collaboration with the Global Head of New Business.
Delivering strategic recommendations (Influence, Social Media, Paid, UGC, special operations, events, media partnerships, PR).
Identify and participate in tenders and competitions, in close collaboration with the creative strategy and account management teams, highlighting the uniqueness of BeInfluence and adapting our recommendations to the specific challenges of each prospect.
Management & organization
Rigorous management of the sales pipeline (CRM, forecasting, closing).
Orchestrate the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to contract negotiation and signing, ensuring a smooth, structured and professional process at every stage.
Working closely with the marketing and account teams to ensure effective onboarding of new clients and a clear alignment with their expectations and objectives.
Representation & ecosystem.
Represent BeInfluence Belgium to advertisers and partners.
Staying abreast of market developments, competitive movements and advertiser needs in order to continuously adjust the commercial strategy.
Your ideal profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position (New Business Director / Business Director / Sales Lead) in an agency.
Active advertisers portfolio.
Very good understanding: Influence l Social Media & Paid Media & agencies / platforms / advertisers ecosystem.
Strong rigor: project management, organization, performance monitoring.
Ability to work completely independently.
Comfortable in demanding and structured environments.
Full professional profficiency in English + French or Dutch native. Mastering the 3 languages in a plus
