Fleet Manager
. Fleet plays a significant role in the company's total volume and remains a crucial pillar for future growth. The new Fleet Manager is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the market and actively contribute to building trust with leasing companies, corporate clients, and key fleet customers.
In this role, you will have a pivotal impact: by deepening existing relationships, seizing new commercial opportunities, and aligning with internal teams on a clear strategic course, you will help strengthen the brand's position in the B2B space.
Your Role as Fleet Manager
As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a forward-looking fleet strategy that drives brand growth and market relevance.
- Strengthening and expanding relationships with leasing companies, corporate clients, and other fleet partners.
- Achieving commercial targets and regaining lost market share through focused initiatives.
- Identifying market trends and translating them into actionable plans.
- (Preferably) leading and coaching a team, with an emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Your Profile
Education
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
- Strong command of both
French and Dutch
. - Proficiency in
English

- You have experience in automotive fleet management or fleet sales and are familiar with the industry's processes, customers, and dynamics.
- You can demonstrate a solid commercial track record, particularly in building long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
