The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate better administrative coordination within the sales managers.
- Providing personal attention to customers, addressing queries and ensuring close and accurate follow-ups.
- Handle some customer inquiries, create some customer quotes and liaise with other departments when needed. Efficient coordination between internal/external departments.
- Support sales and maintain customer contacts in daily business.
- Update information in the company’s customer relationship management software (Sales Force).
- Collect and update market information in Sales Force to support business.
- Being the back-up of sales managers when they are on business trips.
- Manage and deal with small accounts.
- Perform on a yearly basis a customer satisfaction survey and pull out the conclusions.
Qualifications
- Communicative, supportive, advisory, motivated, accurate, problem solving.
- Maturity in taking initiatives, cooperative, savvy, eager to learn.
- Convey a sense of urgency when appropriate.
- Ability to effectively communicate with varied personalities (inside and outside the organization).
- Capacity to complete work in an efficient manner within certain time frames.
- Commercial sense and ease with telephone.
- Respond to daily administrative inquiries (system update).
- Knowledge of Word, Excell, MS Office.
- Languages: Dutch, English, French.
- Planning and organizational.
- Maturity in taking initiatives, cooperative, data/figures savvy, eager to learn, good with figures.
- 5 years’ experience in similar functions.
