Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff at Azumuta is a high-impact, high-ownership role working closely with the Leadership Team to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence.

Founded in 2016, Azumuta is a Manufacturing SaaS scale-up providing digital solutions to factories worldwide. Our platform empowers manufacturers to digitalize processes, boost efficiency, ensure compliance, and manage quality and safety.

• Work closely with the Leadership Team to drive and follow up on key company initiatives.

• Lead and execute high-impact projects that accelerate company growth.

• Improve internal processes and operations to ensure scalability and efficiency.

• Own the monthly all-hands — crafting agendas, coordinating speakers, and ensuring every session drives clarity, connection, and momentum across the team.

• Build the foundation of our RevOps engine to track, analyze, and improve key GTM metrics.

• Design and optimize sales processes and playbooks, ensuring smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Maintain clean and reliable CRM data, building dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights.

• Partner with GTM teams to define KPIs, automate workflows, and improve funnel conversion across the customer journey.

• Conduct competitive analyses and market research to support strategic decision-making and positioning.

• Identify and implement tools and processes that scale revenue operations efficiently as we grow.

• Act as process owner for board meetings — including scheduling, preparing agendas and pre-reads, curating board packs, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

• Manage investor relations and facilitate collaboration between Azumuta's investor base and internal teams between board meetings.

• Take ownership of financial planning and budgeting, and maintain relationships with financial partners.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking, ensuring we stay on target and resource smartly.

• Oversee financial operations — including purchasing approvals, payment processing, payroll, and office expenditures.

• Partner with leadership to translate numbers into insights that guide decisions and priorities.

• Support fundraising and financial modeling for new growth opportunities.

• Strong sense of ownership — you take initiative, drive outcomes independently, and follow through with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — able to engage effectively and empathetically with executives, team members, and external partners. You can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.

• Fluent in Dutch & English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.

• Execution-oriented and fast-moving — you thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic thinking with a clear bias for action and delivery.

• Analytical and structured thinker — you make sound decisions backed by data, context, and intuition, and can simplify ambiguity into clear next steps.
