Key Responsibilities: Ability to lead operations team (Infrastructure & Application). Project Management - Working with Business and IT (BSM, AO, BAL) Operations team to implement initiatives identified as part of Operations / Delivery Excellence. Representing Management Committee & Steering Committee meetings. Implementing best practices for Operations Excellence. Supporting Sales / Solutions team in the RFP (Contract Renewal) process. Supporting Operations team in reducing P1 Incidents. Mapping of services with Application Metal Class. Required skills and knowledge: Must have: Should have working experience with Business and IT Operations team. Knowledge and understanding of Application / Infrastructure, ITIL Process. Ability to lead and manage Major Incidents. Service Delivery Management / IT Operations. Experience of ITIL processes managing a large team covering both IT Applications and IT Infrastructure. Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders including onsite/offshore model. Good to have: Knowledge on IT Operations (Application & Infrastructure Support).
