Operations & Logistics lead

Location: Brussels / Remote — Full-time

Reports to: CEO & Co-Founder


The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution with structure-building.

You ensure every order is delivered flawlessly today while designing the processes, team structure, and supplier ecosystem that will support tomorrow’s growth.

Success in this role will naturally expand its scope as the company scales, with the opportunity to take full ownership of the Operations & Logistics function. You work in direct partnership with the CEO & Co-Founders, translating business priorities into a resilient operational engine.


Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Lead the Operations Function
  • Build and continuously improve the end-to-end operations and logistics function (production, QC, fulfilment, delivery).
  • Define workflows, SOPs, escalation paths, and performance standards across suppliers and partners.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead operations team members as volume scales.


End-to-End Order Ownership
  • Own all orders from client approval to final delivery, with full accountability for timelines, quality, and costs.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional alignment with Sales, AE team by validating customer requirements early & confirming operational feasibility.
  • Anticipate risks, proactively prevent issues, and intervene decisively when problems arise.
  • Act as final escalation point internally and with external partners.


Supplier & Partner Leadership
  • Lead relationships with suppliers, printers, logistics providers, couriers, and fulfilment partners.
  • Negotiate terms, improve reliability, and reduce operational friction.
  • Ensure suppliers meet quality, sustainability, and delivery standards.


Logistics & Delivery Excellence
  • Oversee domestic and international logistics, including freight, customs, and last-mile delivery.
  • Maintain visibility across shipments with clear tracking and reporting.
  • Design a scalable fulfilment & shipping process and setups


Execution, Data & Reporting
  • Monitor operational KPIs (delivery times, error rates, costs, supplier performance).
  • Report regularly to the CEO on risks, capacity, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement to support margin, speed, and client satisfaction.


Your Profile
  • 2-4+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or in a fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience building or structuring operational functions or a strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and discipline to grow into full functional ownership.
  • Strong leadership mindset — comfortable taking full ownership and making decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, analytical & relentless about deadlines.
  • Fluency in English required; French or German is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools is a bonus.
