Main Mission:
As part of the implementation of the ULIS/Foederis HRIS solutions and an ongoing IAM (Identity & Access Management) project, we are searching for a senior business analyst to analyze business needs in the HR domain, model HR processes, support internal implementation teams during the deployment of the solution, document processes, assist in change management, and help establish test scenarios.
Additional Missions:
This business analyst will also be responsible for understanding business/process evolution needs in the aforementioned HR domain, as well as in patient journey processes and related applications (appointment/consultation/hospitalization management; applications such as OAZIS, QBLOC, DXPLANNING, etc.), and for acting as a liaison with the technical teams in charge of implementation.
Main Activities and Task:
• Applying methodology (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) and structuring modeling
• Planning and leading workshops (acting as moderator and negotiator)
• Assisting in clarifying/describing AS IS processes
• Supporting process improvement => TO BE
o Maximizing alignment with standard procedures/processes recommended by the
vendor
o Proposing organizational adaptations and role evolutions
• Formalizing business processes in the form of diagrams (BPMN)
• Assisting in writing procedures
• Supporting process implementation in the mentioned applications by translating business needs
• Helping to develop test cases and support business testing
• Communicating with project leadership and the Project Committee
• Responsible for the validation of processes by business units (administrative, medical, care teams) and their managers
Expected Technical Skills:
• + 10 years of experience
• French
• Lean Six Sigma
• BPMN
• Practical knowledge of a modeling tool such as Enterprise Architect
• Experience in HR processes and systems
• Hospital experience, particularly with ADT (Admission, Discharge, and Transfer) flows
• IT for Hospital is highly valued, plus knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
