Data Governance Lead

Your role

As Data Governance Lead you make sure our data is reliable, consistent and usable for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Aftersales. You are the driving force behind data-driven decision making across the organization.

This means that you:

• Develop and implement an overarching data strategy and KPI framework.
• Build a center of expertise for Business Intelligence and data management.
• Standardize and optimize processes, data sources and reports.
• Coaches Business Data Stewards and provides the link between region, HQ and competence centers.
• Roll out governance processes and security guidelines for business IT applications.
• Develops training materials and documentation for correct and smart data usage.

What do you bring as our new colleague?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Risk or Data Analytics/BI.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and knowledge of data warehousing.
• Sharp analytical and strategic insight, combined with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
