Senior Consultant - Customer & Sales (Front Office Talent Track)

How you make it count

In this role, you leverage your front‑office insights to help banks and insurers transform how they interact with customers. You translate real client‑facing experience into pragmatic consulting solutions.

Your week might include:

  • Assessing the effectiveness of distribution networks , including branches, advisory teams, agents and remote channels.
  • Helping clients boost sales excellence , redesigning client conversations, onboarding experiences and customer journeys.
  • Bringing frontline insights to strategy discussions, ensuring solutions match reality.
  • Supporting change initiatives , preparing the organisation for new tools, processes or go‑to‑market approaches.
  • Analysing commercial data , identifying gaps in conversion, retention, activation or productivity.
  • Working closely with sales managers and frontline teams , validating pain points and co‑designing improvements.
  • Contributing to commercial transformation programmes from end to end.
  • Presenting findings and facilitating workshops with stakeholders at different levels.

This role is ideal if you want to translate your operational experience into high‑impact consulting work.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in a front‑office sales, advisory or relationship management role .
  • You are ready for the switch to consulting , driven by curiosity, problem‑solving and impact.
  • You are analytical, structured and eager to learn.
  • You hold a Master’s degree .
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
  • You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
