Role: Strategic Sales Manager

Location: Belgium


The Company

Axzel Search is partnering exclusively with a top-tier logistics provider seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to hunt, develop and win large regional BCO business. The company is leading multimodal transportation and logistics with a strong presence in Road, Rail, and Shortsea, they need a high-level, consultative seller to execute innovative sales strategies across the region.


The Role

As an individual contributor, you will:

  • Develop and execute multimodal sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Drive revenue and volume growth in road and multimodal transportation.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with group’s global teams to design integrated logistics solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, driving visibility and partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends and implement strategies to outperform competitors.


The Requirements

  • 10+ years’ sales experience in road, multimodal, or freight forwarding.
  • Proven success in winning new business and growing market share.
  • Strong industry network and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in pricing, contract negotiation, and high-value deals.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
