Description
- You maintain and refresh the inventory of controls to guarantee that all banking operations are backed by suitable and effective measures;
- You evaluate and document operational discrepancies; develop Lessons Learned reports when needed to avert reoccurrence and enhance the control framework;
- You assist and critically evaluate the business in addressing findings, which includes managing the lifecycle of findings and Self-Identified Issues (SII);
- You spearhead the review of the Product Life Cycle (PLC) for offerings made to clients;
- You coordinate Branch evaluations and conduct specific control procedures as needed;
- You work in close partnership with the Legal department concerning all matters related to privacy.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3-5 years of applicable experience;
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch;
- Exceptional analytical abilities to recognize, evaluate, and minimize risks efficiently;
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and higher management;
- In-depth understanding of compliance regulations and risk management protocols;
- Initiative-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ongoing process enhancement.
