Description

• You receive requests for contractual amendments, such as discharges, releases, mortgage assignments, or changes to the terms of the deed (interest rate, term, etc.);
• You assess the feasibility of each request, integrating the agreements established with customers, and decide on their execution within this framework;
• You prepare the files: check the deeds, request all necessary information and documents, and complete the required paperwork;
• You draw up proposals for the customer and prepare briefing notes to facilitate decision-making by management (and possibly the customer);
• You communicate decisions taken to customers and other parties concerned;
• You research, apply for and check insurance policies, then apply the agreed provisions;
• You draw up a creditor declaration;
• Solicit funds from the insurer;
• You keep all parties concerned informed of developments;
• For e-mails, you process messages addressed to the division within the deadlines agreed with customers;
• For telephone calls, you answer customers' questions professionally and efficiently.

Profile

• Has a strong affinity for numbers, combined with a critical and analytical mind;
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language;
• Experience in file management in the banking sector is a considerable asset;
• Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Excellent command of MS Office tools.
