Overview

Boutique, long-term thinking equity fund in Brussels seeking a Global Equity Analyst to join a small, collegiate team. They run a concentrated 20–25 stock portfolio with a 3–5 year horizon. The ideal candidate is passionate about fundamental investing and can independently produce 1–4 impactful ideas / investments per year.

Investment Approach

Ideas come from three buckets:

1. Quality Compounders
2. Special Situations (spin-offs, M&A, restructurings)
3. Value Opportunities (dislocations)

The firm has grown from €30m to €500m AUM by focusing on making money for clients—not from them. Growth is a result of quality, not a goal.

Responsibilities

• Independently source, research, and pitch investment ideas.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and management analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models, and valuation work.
• Perform ROIC and capital allocation assessments.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and reporting within a collaborative, low-ego culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience; buy-side strongly preferred.
• Strong modelling, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Genuine passion for equities and long-term investing.
• Fluency in French or Dutch; strong English.
