Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Service Delivery Manager based in the Liege Metropolitan Area, with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include managing service delivery operations, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and aligning IT service management practices with client needs. The role also involves collaborating with clients, monitoring service performance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management processes and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Experience in project governance and organizational decision-making is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous
