Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Are you an expert in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with a passion for optimizing business processes? At Arxus Group, we’re scaling fast while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our CRM & CPQ ecosystem to support high-volume transactions and seamless commercial operations.

Your Role

• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 & Power Platform to streamline Lead-to-Order processes (Opportunity, Quote, Contract Management, CPQ).
• Work with development & integration teams to ensure smooth data flow, entity modelling, and business rule configurations.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring adoption across Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain consistency and usability across a multi-environment D365 setup.

Who You Are

• 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, ideally in a B2B tech services environment.
• Strong background in business and functional analysis, process optimization, and solution design.
• Experience with Functional Design Documents (FDDs), epic & story creation, and UAT testing.
• Ability to communicate with both business leaders and technical teams.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.

Your Knowledge

• Expert in Dynamics 365 & Sales App and Power Platform & Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SharePoint & M365 integration, CPQ solutions, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
