Your New Role:

As a Measurement Engineer, you’ll embark on a journey with a single technology and industry focus, supported by a comprehensive training program that blends in-house and on-site learning. Within 1-2 months, you’ll be fully integrated into our operational team, with the opportunity to broaden your expertise across different technologies and industries. Your role will include:

• Executing 3D measurement in-house and scanning jobs across the Benelux and occasionally abroad.
• Digitizing the world with advances scanning equipment.
• Maintaining the measurement equipment.
• Effective communication with clients, team leads and operations about project execution.
• Identifying new leads and opportunities to support our sales team.
• Leveraging your experience to suggest innovative improvements for our processes.
• Reporting directly to the team lead and Operation Manager, making an impact with your work.

We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with a technical degree, preferably in mechanics, electronics, energy, … (Recent graduate, preferably with a professional bachelor's degree). Your career path will be tailored to match your profile and aspirations.
• Prior experience in a related field is valued but not essential.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, with French and/or German being a significant plus.
• Flexible and a readiness to travel extensively (>80%) for service jobs within the Benelux region, Europe, or even further.
• In possession of a driving license category B
• Independent individual with a hands-on mentality.
• A proactive “can do” mentality and a positively charged mindset.
• A strong fascination with quality control, measurement systems, 3D modelling, or 3D printing.
• The desire to thrive in a small, dynamic team where your contribution is pivotal.
