HR Data Analytics & International Payroll Expert


Your Scope


The Group HR Data Analytics and International Payroll Expert is based at the Headquarters in Ardooie.

What You’ll Do


The HR Data Analytics and International Payroll expert is an Ardo Ambassador, inspiring and nurturing the development of our workforce.


International payroll and HR admin

  • Point of contact for employee queries and ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner and required actions are carried out
  • Handling payroll of foreign employees. Handling payroll of various international smaller entities
  • Deal with a wide range of issues, including holiday entitlements, timekeeping, fringe benefits, payroll and international business travel
  • Run payroll reports, coordinate & monitor payroll with external suppliers, and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Various administrative tasks such as reporting to works councils, completing government documents, …


Data & analytics

  • Elaboration of people analytics dashboards based on the needs of HR and the business
  • Collect and analyze HR data and provide clear visuals for the business and (top) management
  • Translate (executive teams, middle management, business) strategy of Ardo into relevant indicators, and do not hesitate to 'challenge' them
  • Advise internal clients by conducting 'People Analytics' analyses based on HR and business needs
  • Responsible for conducting HR surveys and analysing the results


HR Projects

  • Collaborate in HR projects defined in the strategic HR roadmap in cooperation with colleagues in HR, management, IT, project department and other stakeholders involved
  • Give advice and input in the creation and possible adjustment of the HR roadmap
  • Monitor developments in HR and initiate optimization ideas yourself
  • Super Key User of HRIS used within Ardo. Responsible for maintaining the master template and investigate proposed changes before implementing. Secure the reliability of the data in the system


Admin support Comp & Ben

  • Support HR Comp & Ben department with admin tasks (Bonus plans, Sales incentive plans, country salary reviews,…)


Your profile


  • You have a passion for HR and have a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience in International payroll & admin
  • Experience in HR Projects (f.e. data projects, implementation of HRIS system, etc…) is a plus
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • Good insight in Belgian employment and social security law is a plus
  • Hands-on, takes initiative
  • Problem solver with a capacity to find agreement
  • English, Dutch and French
