IT Service Engineer – Support & Projets

We are looking for a motivated IT Service Engineer to support the internal IT team and assist the IT Manager in daily operations as well as in integration projects of new sites located in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

🛠 IT Support & Maintenance

• Installation and configuration of desktops and related hardware
• Management of printers (e.g., Ysoft) and network equipment
• Creation and basic administration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• First-level troubleshooting of network issues

🔄 IT Project Involvement

• Assistance with email and domain migrations
• Rollout and setup of new printers
• IT preparation for new site openings

📞 Teams Telephony

• Setup, configuration, and support of Microsoft Teams telephony

🗂 Documentation & Security

• Documentation of alarm systems, camera infrastructure, and general IT infrastructure components

Profile:

• Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
• Structured, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of technical English
