In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and IT, translating corporate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps and portfolio strategies. /p pAs an Enterprise Architect, you will work on a high-impact mission within a complex, large-scale environment operating critical infrastructure across Europe. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liYou will act as a strategic advisor within the Enterprise Architecture function, driving application portfolio management and shaping the long‑term IT roadmap. /li liAnalyze corporate strategy and translate it into portfolio management strategies, business‑driven IT roadmaps, and business capability maps. /li liEvaluate and optimize the application portfolio in close collaboration with application owners and stakeholders. /li liDefine architecture and functional design needs to support business goals and advocate reference architectures. /li liConduct trade‑off analyses (e.g., ATAM, CBAM) and validate recommendations with senior business and IT management. /li liMaintain architecture artifacts including application maps (applications, data, integration, technology layers) and architecture decision repositories. /li liContribute to building an enterprise‑wide IT roadmap reflecting initiatives, dependencies, and transformation impacts. /li liIntegrate architecture processes with IT management domains such as Project Portfolio Management and IT Service Management. /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 pWho you are: /p pYou are a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. You combine architectural depth with business acumen and a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset. /p pAdditionally, you bring: /p ul li10 years of experience in an Enterprise Architecture role. /li liStrong knowledge of IT processes and standards such as ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Domain-Driven Design. /li liExperience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and frameworks such as Gartner TIME. /li liExpertise in cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures. /li liExperience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect (or similar). /li liProven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in diverse teams. /li liExperience in transformation contexts (e.g., mergers) is a strong plus. /li liFluent English (mandatory), with Dutch and/or French required; German is a plus. /li liStrong communication skills in both Dutch/French and English. /li /ul h3Why Yuma? /h3 pAt Yuma, you’re given space.
