Project Context: Federated Governance & Regional Transformation

The goal of this project is to implement a federated governance model that enables and supports local transitions across multiple regions.

• Objective: Transition countries into a unified federated model
• Scope: Provide robust SAP architectural guidance to support governance and operational transformation across these markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and architect end-to-end SAP solutions in line with enterprise goals
• Support the federated governance model rollout with scalable, modular SAP architecture
• Lead technical design and documentation for the architecture tender submission
• Provide expert input on SAP best practices and regional compliance
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams, and central governance units
• Ensure smooth integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect across complex multinational implementations
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA and at least two key modules (e.g. FICO, MM, SD)
• Familiarity with governance models and architectural frameworks
• Previous experience working in tender or RFP-driven environments is a strong plus
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus

Preferred:

• SAP certifications (Solution Architecture or Module-specific)
• Experience with SAP BTP, cloud integration, and hybrid landscapes
• Background in regulated industries
