Join us as Customer Experience Lead EMEA Industrial & Scientific (German speaking)
Ansell is looking for a Customer Experience Strategic Lead EMEA to elevate the end-to-end customer experience for our most strategic and high-value customers across the region.
What will your role be?
• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customers (incl. €1M+ turnover accounts)
• Drive customer success through clear KPIs, governance, and performance metrics
• Own and continuously improve the 360° customer journey across all touchpoints
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, turning insights into tangible improvements
• Lead customer governance (monthly/quarterly business reviews, journey calls)
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve issues, optimize portfolios, and support growth (incl. NPD adoption)
• Drive sustainable change through root cause analysis and structured follow-up
• Ensure contract compliance and delivery against SLAs
• Lead a high-touch, premium service model for strategic accounts in collaboration with Customer Service teams
What will you bring to Ansell?
• A university degree or equivalent experience gained in a similar international, B2B environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience, commercial, marketing, or Key Account roles within a B2B context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German) are a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to track, analyze, and translate data across platforms.
• Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, with experience navigating matrix organizations.
• A highly analytical mindset, able to turn insights into actionable improvements and business decisions.
• Confident presentation and storytelling skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive initiatives across functions without direct authority.
• A results-driven approach, focused on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively.
• A culturally sensitive, international mindset, with the flexibility to adapt communication across regions and audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
