Key Responsibilities
1、Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and onboard new clients (distributors, EPC contractors, energy suppliers, end-users).
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Dutch energy sector.
- Provide tailored energy storage solutions (e.g., solar + storage, peak shaving, backup power).
2、Sales Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation, proposal submission, contract negotiation, and payment collection).
3、Market Intelligence
- Monitor Dutch/European energy storage trends, policies (e.g., SDE++ subsidy, net metering), and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to product teams to optimize offerings for the local market.
4、Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, or related industries, with a focus on the Dutch market.
- Strong technical knowledge of battery storage systems (lithium-ion, BMS, inverters) and business models (e.g., leasing, PPA).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (fluency in English and Dutch; Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel frequently within the Netherlands.
Preferred:
- Existing network in the Dutch energy sector (installers, utilities, developers).
- Familiarity with Dutch energy policies and incentives (e.g., SDE++, grid fees).
