Belgium | Sales Account Manager

At AnalytiChem, we aim to offer the best service to our customers worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Account Manager for the Flemish Brabant – Limburg region, who will support our growth and help maintain strong customer relationships.


Job Description

  • You provide expert advice to customers about AnalytiChem products.
  • You actively follow up with your customer base, both in person and by phone, and build long-term relationships.
  • You represent AnalytiChem at product presentations, trade shows, and other events.
  • You handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-focused way, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You work closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient administration of customer files.
  • You make sure that quotes, orders, and invoices are processed accurately to keep customers happy.
  • You track the timely delivery of orders and respond quickly to phone and email requests.
  • You report regularly to the Sales Manager Belgium.


Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently; French is a plus.
  • You are customer-focused and proactive. You know how to turn business goals into results and strong relationships.
  • You already have some experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • You can work independently but enjoy being part of a team.
  • You are analytical and take responsibility.
  • You have a driver’s license and preferably live in the region.
